Refund and Returns Policy

At VOLKESTABLISH SRL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As most of our garments are handmade and customizable, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Custom Orders

All custom-made or personalized items (including made-to-measure or modified designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The product differs significantly from what was described or agreed upon

Please double-check all customization details (size, color, measurements) before placing your order.

2. Standard Products (Non-Custom)

For non-customized, ready-made items, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Tags (if any) must still be attached

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label (if relevant)

We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different size or color, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
